## What do you collect when I send an inquiry?

When you send the contact form, we store your name, email address, and the optional phone number, business name and message you provide, plus the page you sent it from. If you used a calculator and chose to share its numbers, we store those inputs with your message so our reply can start from your own figures. We use this information only to reply to you and to prepare the work you asked about. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. We send you an acknowledgment and send ourselves an alert through Cloudflare Email Service.

## How is the form protected from spam?

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is submitting it. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare under its own privacy terms and does not use the information to track you across sites. We also limit how many submissions one connection can send per minute.

## What do you record about automated agents?

When a known AI assistant, AI search crawler or search engine requests a page, we record the time, the page, the agent's published name, whether Cloudflare verified it, the country of the request and the response status. We do not record IP addresses for these events. Agent records are deleted automatically after 90 days. Ordinary visits by people are not recorded in this log.

## Do you use cookies or analytics trackers?

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse.

## How do I ask you to delete my information?
