Client Scoreboard: your RAR, VAR and AI visibility in one login

The report is not a PDF that arrives when someone remembers to send it. It is a page you log into, showing where you stand against an average competitor, what that position is worth in dollars, what AI models say about you, and how fast your inquiries actually got answered.

The portal, on real numbers

Rather than a screenshot of invented figures, this is the scoreboard wired to actual measurements. The ranking tiles come from Daley Organics’ 49-point grid in Grants Pass, OR, measured on 2026-10-03. The AI mention and response-time tiles are fetched live while you read.

Measured data

This is the portal as a client sees it, running on real numbers rather than a mock-up. Ranking metrics come from the measured Grants Pass soil grid; AI mentions and response time are fetched live. Two tiles have no data yet and say so instead of showing a figure.

  • Rank Above Replacement

    +6.6 visibility points

Measured October 3, 2026 on the 49-point Grants Pass soil grid.

  • RAR trend, 12 weeks

    Awaiting measurement

One measurement exists so far. The trend line starts when the second weekly grid run lands.

  • Value Above Replacement

    $10 per month

Modeled: the measured grid priced with example search volume and cost per click until the search data lands.

  • Alpha Above Average

    −$19 per month

Modeled: Daley's own conversion rate and customer value, an estimated market rate, and example search volume.

  • Share of Local Voice

4.8% of grid cells in the top 3

Measured October 3, 2026. Shown for contrast: this is the metric that makes a well-placed business look like a failing one.

  • Average map rank

    11.6 across 539 grid cells

Measured October 3, 2026 across 11 search terms and 49 search points.

  • Alpha radius

8 mi furthest ring still above replacement

Measured October 3, 2026. The business sits 7.8 miles from the city centre.

  • Reviews

    10 total, rated 4.6

Measured October 3, 2026. Review velocity needs a second measurement to compute, which the next grid run supplies.

  • Mention Above Replacement

    …percentage points, all models

Fetching the latest weekly AI measurement…

  • Median response time

    …inquiry to acknowledgment

Fetching from this site's own inquiry log…

In a client's own tenant every tile is theirs and the response-time tile counts their inquiries. In this public preview inquiry counts are never shown, and the response-time tile stays blank until there are at least five, so the preview cannot disclose anyone's volume.

Two tiles are dashed and say "awaiting measurement". The RAR trend needs a second grid run before there is a line to draw, and review velocity needs a second review count. Showing a plausible-looking number in their place would make the demo better and the product worse, so they stay empty until the measurement exists.

The dollar tiles are marked as modeled rather than measured for the same reason. Daley has supplied its conversion rate and average customer value; search volume and cost per click are still example figures, shared with the Rank Above Replacement page, until the search data lands. The tiles label themselves accordingly.

The agent funnel

Website analytics count people. They are blind to the programs that now read a business on a customer's behalf, which is a growing share of the traffic that matters and all of the traffic that produces AI answers.

Live data

Loading counts from the edge…

Counted at the edge by matching published crawler User-Agent tokens, then stored for 90 days. This site serves every page as HTML and as Markdown, plus /llms.txt.

In a client's tenant this tile is their own domain. Here it is this site's, because leverageaisearch.com is the reference install and its numbers are real. The split worth watching is between crawlers building an index for later and assistants fetching a page because somebody asked a question just now.

What this replaces

Every metric here exists because the usual one answers a question the owner did not ask. The left column is what a typical monthly report contains.

The usual metric, what replaces it, and why
A typical report shows The scoreboard shows Why the swap
Impressions and clicks Rank Above Replacement Impressions go up when the market grows and down when it shrinks. RAR compares you with an average business at the same distance, so it moves only when your position does.
Keyword rankings Value Above Replacement A rank is a number with no units. VAR prices your advantage in dollars per month using the keyword's own cost per click.
Nothing at all Mention Above Replacement No standard reporting tool tells a business what AI models say about it. This is the measurement customers are increasingly acting on.
Sessions and bounce rate The agent funnel Human sessions miss the automated readers entirely. The funnel counts which AI crawlers and assistants read you, and which surface they asked for.
A promise about response times Measured response time Time from the stored inquiry to the sent acknowledgment, taken from the database rather than from memory.

The definitions live on their own pages: Rank Above Replacement covers RAR, VAR and AAA, and Mention Above Replacement covers the AI side. Response time comes from Speed-to-Lead Automation.

What a public preview is allowed to show

A demo built on real data has to be careful about which real data. Two rules apply to this page, and they are enforced in the code rather than by habit.

Competitors are counted, never named. Every metric here is computed against a competitive set of 86 businesses measured on the same grid, and not one of them appears by name. Only businesses that have agreed to be shown publicly are identified, which at present is Daley Organics.

Inquiry volume is never disclosed. The response-time tile reports a median and nothing else, and stays blank entirely until there are at least five acknowledged inquiries, so the tile cannot be used to work out how much business is coming in. In a client's own tenant, behind their own login, they see their counts.

Logging in to a read-only demo tenant arrives with the authenticated portal in Phase 4. Until then this preview is the honest version: fewer features than a mock-up, and every number on it real.

Frequently asked questions

What is on the LEVERAGEAI client scoreboard?

Rank Above Replacement with its trend, Value Above Replacement for the month, Alpha Above Average, Mention Above Replacement by AI model, the agent funnel from llms.txt reads to quote requests, median lead response time, and review velocity.

How is this different from a Google Analytics report?

Analytics reports what happened on your website. The scoreboard reports your position against an average competitor at the same distance, in dollars, plus what AI models say about you, which never appears in website analytics at all.

What is the agent funnel?

The count of automated requests from identified AI crawlers and assistants, broken down by which surface they asked for: the llms.txt index, a Markdown page, or a specific service page. It shows that agents are reading the business, not just people.

Can I see the scoreboard before becoming a client?

Yes. The preview on this page runs on real measured data rather than a mock: Daley Organics' Grants Pass grid for the ranking metrics, and this site's own edge logs for the agent funnel. Tiles with no measurement yet say so rather than showing a number.

Does the scoreboard show how many leads I received?

In your own tenant, yes. In this public preview, lead counts are never shown and the response-time tile is suppressed unless there are at least five inquiries, so the preview cannot disclose a business's volume.

See your own numbers in it

A scoreboard needs a measurement to sit on. Tell us your business and the terms your customers search, and we'll run your grid and your AI questions first, then stand the portal up on the results.
